Unita’s newsletter has been growing a lot these past weeks — so thank you to those who follow us in every edition.
We've been doing some research to find how creators with thousands of subscribers started and found some interesting stories along the way.
Some people just tweeted about a milestone and got their first subs while sleeping, while others are following a ChatGPT challenge to help them market a newsletter and grow to 1M subscribers.
✉️ Today we are going to explore 3 ways to grow a newsletter with examples from other content creators:

📣How to grow a newsletter
There are newsletters all over the internet, but a few of them get to grow massively and consolidate an audience. Here are some of the strategies used by top creators 👇
1. Katt from no-code exits
ANNOUNCEMENT: No-Code Exits levels up.
In August my No-Code side project was acquired on @microacquire.
Not for life-changing money but changing my life it did.
It inspired me to share real @nocodeexits stories and inspire thousands of people.
But it's not enough...

🏆The strategy
She build with no-code and consistently shared her process with build in public posts. She grew an audience of no-code makers and turn it into subscribers by interviewing other founders who sold their products
She grew from 0 to 5.5K subs in 7 months!
🏆The strategy
We created free resources such as Notion templates and SEO spreadsheets like the one on AI tool ideas that are still worth building after GPT-4 and make them free for our newsletter subscribers.
Also added popups with related newsletter editions on our most featured posts, and begin to receive lots of emails coming from those pages.
We grew almost 120% in the past month 🙌
3. Newsletter ChatGPT challenge
There's a #HustleGPT challenge but for newsletters that have been around on Twitter.
🏆The strategy
You just ask GPT for a growth plan with details about your audience and your goals. And then share your progress in public.
